Hi! I had some questions1. If you end up running a competitive process, how do you politely navigate accepting / rejecting / negotiating term sheets?2. Is there any reason not to use post money safes?3. What dilution should you shoot for each round? People say 20% seed 20% series A but curious what a “good” result looks like.4. Say you’re raising seed to get to 1M arr, but flash forward… and things don’t go as planned and you need to raise an extension to lay more track in front of the train to get to series A. For example, Let’s say the recession hits in early 2023 and that messes up your sales. How do you position that kind of round?
