Great points Katelyn

49:03
Does it seem like when men and some women view us as bossy that they are judging us based on their experiences surrounding strong/leading ladies they have been brought up around?

54:34
Great points to shift from doing it all to involving others on our teams.

55:39
@Charise I agree. Alot of times we take on so much not realizing delegating is a strong leadership trait as well.

55:52
@Charice

56:30
Thank you for reminding me of all these βGolden Nuggetsβ!!

58:56
Great advise so far it reminds me of leading with emotional intelligence.

59:11
Good stuff @Katelyn! Being open too helps people see that you are living as your authentic self too which for me personally has enhanced the trust and relationships in my life.

01:00:23
In response to Charice Manor, I think that experience does play a huge part in how we are judged in aspects of being bossy. I was raised by a very strong woman and was surrounded by other strong women so I tend to be very direct. I have to remind myself that not everyone has the same experience so I have to tailor my interactions based on the person and their background.

01:02:19
Thank you

01:02:28
Emotional intelligence is crucial to effective leadership!

All great advice about being mindful and emotionally intelligent. I recently started reading Brene Brown's book "Atlas of the Heart" and the overall message of the book is to learn and define all of our different emotions so we can better understand them and let people know how we are feeling.

01:20:39
Its a great book and highly recommend.
