Hi Jake, yes, everyone on your team including the professors/facilitators and students will have access to Procore.

Training for Procore is independent, but we can set up a specific training call if the group would like. I’m working with Alisha to determine which certifications/training they will recommend. We should have a confirmation for you all before the end of the week.

Since our school has a 5 year program, and seniors are typically considered to be 5th year students, can we consider our 4th year students as Juniors?

For the underclassman participation section, should we submit a page of what they have done for this category? Or would this be just shown throughout the project?

How are we notified about project changes? Is that information posted to the main website page or sent only to advisors?

For the campus / local media engagement section, it is 2 points per social media post for a maximum of 20 points. We can also receive 20 points for published articles, is this also 2 points per published article or 20 points will count for 1 published article?

Also, questions about the proposal are due by 2/3, but will we be able to ask questions about the project after that date? Should we direct those to Laura?
