Has there been any data that has been collected to look at how people of colour are treated by doctors who are also a person of colour or a member of the LGBTIQ2S+ community but not necessarily from the same background?

Too few people understand the racism that exists throughout medicine, pharmaceutical research, etc. The medical schools, indeed all education must be decolonized. I teach this aspect in public health law every year to ensure knowledge of the ethical approach to public health.
