DOM would ensure that the Medicaid CHIPS and CAN providers follow the administrative code as it pertains to on-boarding RHC's who have submitted their applications within 120 days of receiving their Medicare tie-in notice. As it stands now, the managed care Medicaid providers are giving prospective dates for new RHC, not retroactive dates.
