I think we all have the assumption that the younger a person is the more tech savy they will be. This is true for some but not for all students.

@ KG - I often find that I'm more tech savvy than many of our students. I stopped assuming a long time ago that students (and sometimes even faculty and staff) are comfortable or conversant with tech.
