I have one question about the new headquarters requirement… I noticed you said “Applicants may also demonstrate that they are partnered with a Boulder-based artist or organization.” Does this mean we ALSO have to be headquartered in Boulder? Or could we partner with a Boulder-based artist/org. instead? We are location-less at Sans Souci, so I’m curious.
