yeah

27:35
Communications and updates need to be to all players in the system not just local government.

31:40
Is that what happens when we cut red and green tape?

32:29
Is it possible to put a feedback form on the iPlan website so people can actually provide feedback on the planning scheme? Where are people supposed to provide comments on the scheme?

33:29
Great idea Andrew.

43:32
Will the State policy reform address the gaps between leading State polices and the proposed new TPPs?

48:00
Why do we have to wait for the TPP's to be prepared and the SPP's reviewed to have the apartment code introduced? It is needed now in the TPS given the amount of this type of development being proposed.

51:23
Thank you for the regional planning framework slides. It would be good to acknowledge local land use strategies (and their status) as part of this body of work too.

53:27
If you are serious about wanting to know what is going on in the real world, how about producing a SoE Report, long overdue!

53:37
How are we defining 'fit for purpose' and how do we measure it is being achieved? Will the State of Environment Report or something similar be incorporated as an integral part of this toolset? I think we need some 'out of process' measures of success.

55:16
Thank you Brian. Very informative

01:00:15
Thanks, I will give you a buzz

01:01:40
When are we getting the other amendments to the SPP's and what appears in PDB that did not come in last month? We were consulted on them late last year eg the outbuilding exemption clause and other wording in exemptions that simply don't work or make sense?

01:08:36
Thanks Brian - I acknowledge we are working in a complex system.

01:09:31
Will LGBMP be part of the review process? There is still confusion about how LGBMP integrates with the scheme requirements eg min lot size. (Iām not familiar with the SPPs so apologies if this body of work has already been done)

01:11:48
My suggestion is to move all planning provisions out of LGBMP and into LUPPA

01:13:21
Thanks Brian, very informative presentation. There is a lot of work here for the SPO - can you advise how these streams of work will be prioritised? Which ones will take priority over others?

01:13:39
And do you feel the Tasmanian Government has adequately resourced this work to achieve it in a (reasonable) timeframe? I acknowledge some flexibility will need to be afforded to juggle this bulk of work.

01:14:21
Thanks Brian an dMick,

01:14:41
Thanks Brian and Mick. Great discussion.
