General information on MAREA:"In partnership with the Atlanta Regional Collaborative for Health Improvement (ARCHI)and Neighborhood Nexus, PSE is leading the creation of a tool called the Metro Atlanta Racial Equity Atlas (MAREA), an immersive, story-centric tool that contextualizes personal narratives with engagement, interactive community data, and historical background with an explicit focus on advancing racial equity. MAREA will help users gain a better understanding of the systemic nature of racism and segregation, its implications, how to communicate about it, and how to address it. The goal is for these stories to inspire residents, and then help them develop connections with partners who can help advance their work in equity."
