Our 2020-2021 Report Card percentages showed 67.8% Hispanic, 21.9% black, 7.7% Asian, and 2.2% white. These were very accurate. Now, the 2021-2022 Report Card indicates we have 0% Hispanic and 64.8% white when in actuality our ethnicity enrollment breakdowns have remained very constant and our demographic reporting procedures remained the same.

DPI wants you to have current data for enrollment/attendance. Other data elements, such as food service status, might not change and that is fine.

If we have opted into the all school report card. Should we be seeing all of our students in the data quality indicators? I am only seeing our choice students enrollment there
Molly McCourt

Molly McCourt
01:11:36
I understand now. I will contact our SIS vendor to clarify.
Carol Shires
01:13:54
If you've chosen the "all student" report card, you should be seeing all student data in the quality indicators. Contact your SIS vendor if the non-Choice students are not showing up. There might be a field that needs to be checked, also make sure all students have WISEIDs.
