I finally made the switch into a new career about 1.5 years ago! But it took me roughly 6 years of learning the skills for it before I finally landed the job. 🙂

Looking to move out of education but do love elements of my job. Debating between Customer Success and Data Analytics

I want a jobe that i can work globally that doesnt require a locked door. No one I know has this type of job. I enjoy my job but i dont want to be patient facing anymore.

Would like to develop more into my current role at my current company,

I just started maternity leave and have been looking to make a change for a long time.

That's why I left Project Management, I didn't want to be client facing any more. I wanted flexibility and a challenge.

I left my last full-time wellness coach position in a call center environment because I was feeling I needed/wanted more… Working with a career coach, I am trying to find clarity what my next career step looks like… I am currently learning more about UX/UI Design, feeling this may be a better fit…

I find the hardest part currently is getting to the interview phase as I have the experience and could explain why I am the best fit but just aren't getting those opportunities.

I LOVE the idea of moving from long term > short term. I tend to get so caught up in whether a role is something I want to be in for the next ten years that I block myself unnecessarily. I need to keep my focus on the next right step!

Savanah for me, it’s been about getting to use skills that make me feel good and like I’m using my brain, and being around co-workers that are easy to be around. They’re fun and want to help each other do good work and progress in our skills.

A lot of times it's very difficult to get informational interviews even if you clearly state it's "informational". What are your suggestions regarding how to successfully get informational interviews? Thank you

For informational interviews, I built rapport with the people I wanted to interview first, before asking them for an interview

None of my family new what Salesforce was

Brandy, my mom STILL doesn't know what Salesforce is and I feel like I explain it again every other week 😄

I was laid off from my Product Manager role 1 1/2 weeks ago. I did not love the administrivia part of the job, but thoroughly enjoyed the UX/UI part, so I’m going back to that.
