Thanks, Kimberly! My question is if GEI is the answer to measurement of the impact of Gender Equity?

53:47
How can a multinational corporation use the GEI throughout its supply chain, without a complete traceability of it

55:09
Is there any women producers list to by coffee from?

56:00
Would you define gender equity practices as processes to achieve gender equality?

01:02:42
Very good, Miriam!!!

01:03:35
To go and make the required assessment per country and regions within the countries, is the major contribution ICO can make in these gender issue

01:07:22
Thank you for the question Gabriele. The GEI is an internal tool that can be used by multinational companies as well as smaller regionally focused companies. The relevance of the tool is not to share the score externally - but to use the recommendations internally to build a credible journey to greater gender equity within the company's operations and programs. Then, its the progress along the journey that is relevant to share with external partners.
