❤ this idea, Tucker!! What if the Golf Course was repurposed or at least stopped using pesticides and chemical fertilizers and planted nut trees, berries, pollinator friendly ... So Golf Course transitions to part Food Forest....

VT Farm to Plate has a great guide for incorporating food access into town plans, which can be a good way to guide land use on the town level: https://www.vtfarmtoplate.com/assets/resource/files/Local%20Planning%20for%20Food%20Access%20a%20Toolkit%20for%20Vermonts%20Communities.pdf

And that would be an unnecessary pipeline, that only serves to make oil and gas industry executives wealthy.

What if we take Laura's Question and imagine 20 years from now, the next generation. So we are thinking maturing trees, food forests, some tiny house communities... Cleaned up rivers, diminished logging for paper product, a proliferation of hemp for clothing, paper, hemp plastic and hempcrete.
