I was just talking to our local director of Citrus Connect and she definitely indicated that the Great Resignation was the most significant factor affect their ability to meet the needs in our county.

This is a loaded question, but how we would we begin researching the transportation options available in our counties? To be able to determine the deficits and how we can implement change? For example, I live in a small county, Flagler County, with only a small public transportation company...would the first step be to reach out to them? What types of questions and data should we be asking for?

Here’s a question that is probably a goal of the summit. Apologies in advance! We recognize the need for transportation, often based on our own family members’ needs. How do we help the leaders of our community, such as the decision makers who control the budget in our community, to help them understand the need, given all the voices competing for attention?
