I believe your data is base pay. Do you have any data or perspective on the typical incentive compensation for winemaker, tasting room manager? 10% 15% 20% of base?

The WVWA and other regional associations share and communicate this survey with its members. We as an industry need to fully support this survey to get more participation. Maybe an incentive of some kind is needed. Email reminders aren't enough. I like the focus group ideas and continue to have education opportunities at Symposium.
