The testing of EBMUD wastewater for COVID is done by the state. At this time I am not aware of their plans for polio testing. I have heard that the SCAN (Sewer Coronavirus Alert Network) is considering it but I have not seen anything official from them either. https://soe-wbe-pilot.wl.r.appspot.com/charts#page=overview
