I have problem around team building especially getting people to believe in my idea, so they can commit to invest with their skills. Since I can't pay them.

kippa has been one of the best solutions to SMEs pain points in Nigeria. I remember how SMEs I enlisted on Google my business complained of to the inability to keep their book keeping, receipts and accounts.I went back to as many as I could when I discovered kippa and they couldn't be happier.@kenedy, you and your team are doing an amazing job at kippa

@charlesWe all face that hurdle building a startup, my team lacks designers cuz we can't afford to pay one, I found myself taking a course to fill that Gap 😂

I think that’s why someone said earlier that founders should focus on fundraising and recruiting - EntryLevel’s CEO got investors before making first hires and recruiting. However if you are bootstrapping, I believe there are some volunteers you would need to recruit (but have to make sure they are motivated and believe in company’s vision). CatchAFire.org is a volunteer platform, there are many EntryLevel UX Design students who also are looking to volunteer
