Hi got a question for the Ambassadors. I was told that if I'm just registered for a brand in 1 category, I can then use the same brand for any other category on Amazon. Is this correct? Any potential problem is I do that?

If I want to do FBM in Singapore do I set up a seller account with Amazon.sg?

FBA is under Profesional plan which you need to pay monthly subscsription fees

Where can I get info for FBM on Amazon.sg?

When you list your first product on amazon.sg it will automatically be on FBM, if you want to use FBA you need to convert that product to FBM

I use chasingsunsetsmedia.com to do up listing images. You need to send them your product photos. I use Snappyfly locally to do it

Who can I speak with at Amazon. For last 2 months it’s been a joke with Amazon Brand Registry.

Till date the registry is not collected with my AmazonSeller account. I cannot create a branded store. And there is NO phone number to call. Replies are text only, no way to attach files.

We are doing FBA and growing the product range but Amazon won’t increase the storage quota. Reason given is need sales history first. Whats the solution?

sales history and account history. most of my listing I no longer see any quota on it.

Yeah Rikhi, yeah unfortunately, there’s no way around that. You have to sell faster and sell more to get more storage =(

You have to keep the issue general and then you can request for a call

email support really hopeless (for me at least)

Don't be too specific and click on the box saying "issue not listed"

But the call back is based on country, I think
