**Holler if you have questions….or be ready to unmute.

Do people need to sign liability waivers each day of the class, or is one the first day acceptable?

39:43
What have your groups used for slopes? List in the chat

40:11
Have you had students show up unprepared? If yes how did you handle it?

42:52
What ratios have your MTR's used? Let us know…

45:29
At. Mt. Ashland we have used a verity of slope angles: flat to “steep angle.” Typically we progress from less steep slopes to steeper slopes as students’ skills progress and are capable of safely and efficaciously learn in that environment.

46:05
Yes, we've had at least one very major lightening storm. I was quite scary.

46:08
Thanks Kacy, what Instr/Student Ratio used….?

47:02
Yes, there have certainly been students who sho up for class (classroom and field) that are not prepared for the rigors of the day (knowledge, skill, and environmental prepared).

48:37
I typically strive for a 1:6 instructor to student ratio. Obviously this greatly depends on the predicted conditions, prior knowledge/skill of students and other instructors, and the desired learning outcomes for the course.
