Do you know if all of the Midwestern States' State Energy Offices plan to apply for the new EE funds appropriated in the IIJA and IRA? Have any announced that they will not participate?

North Dakota is looking for partners to help manage some of the funds as we do not have capacity to manage all of the new funding. It is our hope that we will be able to accept all funds
