We spend no small amount of tax payer funds on highways, why not meet our long-range goals by proactively applying complete streets policy for all road infrastructure?

This can include greenway infrastructure in proximity to larger projects. I'm encouraged by opportunities to be proactive in our planning for accessibility and safety.
