Great ideas on the GEO question, thank you all! Jonathan, the geographic enrichment funds are narrow geographically, meaning they must be spent in those four areas (EJ area, Boyne area, Charlevoix area, Beaver Island), but the funds are broad in scope, so projects could be arts & culture, environment, recreation, human services, etc. Does that help?

Christian - Youth are broadly defined as in the county area, but generally speaking, the survey comes from those who are up to high school aged youth and the YAC is compromised of high school aged students. However, we have seen requests for young kiddos as well as young adults. The better question is how it impacts the population broadly - does that help?
