Legal Aid is interested in exploring the possibility of being a component of SSO interdisciplinary teams. Can we submit an application to provide just those services, with the proposal that the coordinating agency or COC can match or services to COC outreach/housing providers? Or do we need to see if we can subcontract from agencies providing more comprehensive outreach? I've done it both ways with COC funding in New Orleans; but I'm worried that the current timeline leaves us very little time to develop subcontracting agreements.

Is the special NOFA process the same as the regular NOFA application and process? If so, is the difference identified on the application?
