Special NOFO New Project Application Webinar - Shared screen with speaker view - Recording 3/3
Who can see your viewing activity?
The document is very compelling for leisurely reading
Is there request for technical support application/inquiry and/or when is the deadline for questions?
Can indirect costs be included in the budget?
Can you say more about what you mean by “At least one program should serve a coordination role that would help support the CoC’sefforts to coordinate across city departments and among housing and healthcarepartners. This could be distinct from delivery of direct services.” Should every applicant be including and addressing this, or will one program selected be serving in a coordination role?
Will the City be submitting proposals?
Legal Aid is interested in exploring the possibility of being a component of SSO interdisciplinary teams. Can we submit an application to provide just those services, with the proposal that the coordinating agency or COC can match or services to COC outreach/housing providers? Or do we need to see if we can subcontract from agencies providing more comprehensive outreach? I've done it both ways with COC funding in New Orleans; but I'm worried that the current timeline leaves us very little time to develop subcontracting agreements.
Is the special NOFA process the same as the regular NOFA application and process? If so, is the difference identified on the application?
Thanks a lot!
What role will brining other resources to the application play in how well applications are ranked?
The application ask for a budget amount. Will you send the budget template or is it the same one as last year?
Isn't that part of the NOFO though?
Regarding the new housing for triage care, can we apply for SSO funds to refer people to triage care without knowing where these will be located and who will run them?
How much of a match is required?
Isn't is 25%?
That's correct. The application highlights which areas.
Thanks so much!
Thank you All Chicago!
