Hello from Lebanon, all these experiences and findings are useful for the country at a time we are implementing a large procurement reform, establishing soon a procurement data portal with open access to data, that would benefit transparency, competition and the access of SMEs, including WSMEs, to tender opportunities.

Among the questions our research was able to answer is not just the access , but how those citizens - Women, Youth, PWDs and other disadvantaged groups are using procurement portal to hold government accountable and enhance the delivery of public service
