Hi Alan, good question. We have our warehouses in the US, so we don’t depend on FBA. Most of our orders are shipped FBM.

When we send shipment to Amazon FBA Fulfilment Centre, should we send in one box, or split into multiple boxes (so that Amazon can allocate several Fulfilment Centres)?

here in Singapore i do not need any certification because it is All natural plants

I feel many seller is using manufacture in China to sell product in USA. To find the best quality of production, do you request to send a sample from few manufacture/supplier and chose the best one? or stick to one manufacture/supplier to develop own good quality? This is kind of slow though...

if i do a Certification test here, it would add to product value, but it's not required to sell here

You will need an FDA certification in the US for skin care products before selling in Amazon

How do you deal with unsellable products in FBA, it will be expensive to ask FBA warehouse ship back to you right

Now, we do have a customer service team in the US, who can reply to customers promptly. But for the first couple of years, we used to handle customer service ourselves.

If we sign up Amazon Seller account in that country, will there be a account manager assign to us?
