Hi, how would we know whether our county association is registered for accreditation? I'm in Hertfordshire

is the deadline the last day of those 3 months? (thinking my council might apply at their annual meeting)

Does the application also go to the accreditation panel i.e. NALC and YLCA?

Is Quality Gold status only achievable for larger Councils?

Hi, if you are not given an award and must make improvements, do you have to pay the panel fee again?

Can a Locum Clerk submit an application on behalf of the council

when we come to evidence certain criteria, is there a time limit on how far back we can go? (eg our big push during May elections is something we did well - but can we use that when we submit in 2022?)

John - It depends on what criteria it is. Some request past 12 months etc, but if it's post election and references general good work that's fine.

Evidence of customer service and correspondence - we are a medium sized Parish and most of it is verbal how would you evidence this?

not clear about the dates in your link. is the 'application date' the date when you want all our submissions? so -can we 'register' to enter the scheme at any time and 'submit' documents etc according to the timetable?
