What are some things religious organizations should be aware of when employees are not required to be of that religious faith, but it is preferred especially in management. I will also add you must respect and uphold those religious values.

Part of my job title is EEO Compliance amd I get Questions all the time what is tjat> I feel the term is outdated and I need new ideas on how to put myself out there. Our department has over employees and only less that 10 are of a different race.

I agree that the organization needs to align with company values. how do we have that conversation about establishing values with c-suite level officers who don't seem to think that defining values is worthwhile?
