We just received word this morning that the standing orders have been updated for Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccine. You can find this and other important CDC clinical guidance documents at this landing page: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/info-by-product/index.html Just click on the specific vaccine tab to find vaccine specific resources. It is our understanding that CDC will be updating more of their vaccine specific documents and some of them will be posted by the end of the day. Please check the above link for updates.

Please clarify recommendation for booster dose after having a break through COVID infection

01:12:17
That is GREAT!!! GO GREEN!!!!

01:12:22
@Kathy Janer--If you meet the guidelines for a booster dose you would be recommended to receive the booster dose regardless if there was break through infection. We still recommend vaccination if the person has had COVID-19. Please see the clinical considerations for details on who is recommended for a booster dose. https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/clinical-considerations/covid-19-vaccines-us.html#considerations-covid19-vax-booster
