Thanks! I was looking at the slide.

How can the worker maintain mental health if the working conditions are damaging?

48:17
Good question Nika.

48:22
Love that Misako!

48:33
Exactly... what Elise just said... it's what people are comfortable with. So, with the resources that Elise shared, I could see them being like a tool in your back pocket as you (if you're a manager) bring together staff members to create a culture of sharing and mutual care. The bigger point is that "We care about one another, and that's our team culture." As people become comfortable with that culture, they will share as they are willing, and you as the manager have these tools to guide you as a catalyst.

🙂

Least restrictive environment.

53:38
John: Agreed. A more optimal, constructive, pro-active, bigger-picture approach.

54:17
Thanks for being here Diane!

54:46
Yes, Misako... and of course I'm not stating anything new, here. Elise has designed all of these tools to be extrapolated to any one person's unique situation.

56:14
Empowering to establish peer relationships of mutual trust & inter-supports w/fellow employees. And we can advocate together, or see that it's time to find another job.

01:03:57
I think it's also about staying present and not projecting very forward, so you can figure out what serves you and your self care!

01:05:19
Robin: for sure!

01:05:52
Thank you Misako!

01:06:07
