It seems that First Nations of Canada have been doing great work cultivating and codifying Tribal values in law. I know some Tribal governments have been doing that great work in the states too. I am really inspired by Judge Petoskey's work around Tribal justice architecture with Pokagon's new court house, Judge Abinanti's work profiled in Tribal Justice documentary and reading "The Ghost Road: Anishinaabe Responses to Indian Hating" by M Fletcher. Great discussion.
