Good morning!

15:47
Morning!!

25:41
You're too kind, Peter!

27:04
I agree - Marty is very easy to work with!

27:26
Oh stop it, y'all. 😊

29:14
Emily does magic.

29:22
I could not have a better team of collaborators!!!!!

35:16
I love that short feedback component idea and how you use that as a springboard the next meeting

36:47
I wish I had thought to add reference notes to my agenda - great idea to not have good feedback getting lost through the journey!

37:11
I think all of us could agree scheduling was one of THE most difficult parts

37:38
Scheduling was a nightmare!

38:21
yes, managing passionate conversations is tricky

39:11
We had a similar issue with our SLOs. Sometimes our role was to be decisive and keep things moving!

39:22
I did the same thing for SLOs- combining similar responses to get to a consensus quickly. It worked really well!

40:47
Yes, that is an important lesson I've had to remember!

42:35
Goes to show scheduling is a challenge no matter the group size!

43:21
It sounds like you’re all juggling so much from scheduling to decision-making to people management. Was it very new for you all to step into these roles? And is there anything that you’re already taking away from working on these projects back to your ‘regular’ library work?

43:31
Being a cheerleader was definitely a needed skill set here

45:47
YAY!

51:32
automatic check-ins sound like they're going to be a great tool moving forward in phase 2

52:47
Part of the cohort's effort may be expanding the arts and moving beyond the traditional coverage area!

55:02
Emily, you are right!

56:10
Determining what works best for your team is an important step

56:24
Elizabeth, particularly with all of the unforeseen project management challenges we will likely have throughout the rest of the project.

57:47
Since we may run out of time for questions, I'll just touch on Apurva's questions. For me, it has been a little opposite. I've brought ideas/management strategies from my regular work into this project. I supervise 3 staff and 2 student workers (and with teaching background) have learned how important keeping communication open/transparent and how important it is with being flexible and knowing weaknesses and being able to adapt strategies to provide ideas for overcoming challenges. I know this is a lot, and hope this all makes sense :-)

58:03
fewest clicks as possible is a great mindset for this and for our library websites ;)

58:24
Thanks @Brandy! I have to run but look forward to watching the rest of the Q&A/discussion in the recording.

58:28
I love to learn from your experience, Brandy!

01:02:50
Her question was so good!

01:03:17
I enjoyed learning about the many project management tools.

01:04:23
The visual element of that and being able to see the accomplishments of the month is great

01:07:17
Thank you everyone!
