I don't know what West Willow residents want. But have an opinion as others. I prefer 1 commissioner. I don't want to dilute a neighborhood's voting power...weaker voice with 2 Commissioners. Reapportionment shouldn't split "Townships, villages, cities and precincts". Precincts are smaller than 3000+, the population of West Willow.
