We Q-Line biotech willing to have reference materials for HIV,HBV, HCV, Dengue, HPV, MTB

Though all tests do not required quantification results always but to standardise as well as determine LOD,LOD and linearity, we should have reference materials.

Also I need inputs from t all of you, if internal positive controls should be provided along with primer /probe or recommended to use externally too ?

It is acceptable provided the standards have been well characterised and stability established. Also it should be the sustainable until the kit is on the market.

Any recommendations for storage and Transportation of HPV samples /MTB Samples.

For HPV, store refrigerator condition at 5 C and should not be frozen. We will get back on MTB

Dr Suresh, will it be acceptable by WHO /FDA ?

For every batch of kit we have to calibrate secondary reference control with standard control. is it?

yes Dr. javed you need to calibrate for every batch of kit with standard control

can we check any deterioration in standard control and how?
