In the past dual DV cases were not eligible .

Sometimes we see reports where officers notate they were “unable to determine predominate aggressor” and leads to those dual charges . But it sounds like now there’s potential for an app later down the line? Cool!

Are there any funding for victims who were forced to take drugs?
