I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE LOSS, INCLUDING LOSING MY 26 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER, MY SON, AND MISSING SON. MY GRIEF IS OVERWHELMING. I AM SO SUPRISED AT HOW THE GRIEF YOGA HAS ALLOWED ME TO FULLY LET GO OF THE PAIN. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I HAVE BEEN HOLDING BACK TRYING TO BE STRONG. IT IS SATISFYING TO RELEASE.
