NZ, I belive it's a must to have a 3PL warehouse

it's not a must, but it helps. when you make withdrawal, you also need a 3rd party warehouse

In the USA you have a lot of warehouses that working with Amazon

In Europe it's a bit more difficult, but also posible'

Hi Philip/Ivan/Amir, how long did you wait till you decided a particular ASIN is slow moving and that you should remove it from FBA?

Do you make sure you will always win the "buy box" price?

before I remove a product, I make sure I did everything I can to improve the salthrough: is my listing fully optimise? are my images and copy are good? does my PPC strategy fully optimised? how's my listing reviews? If I did anything I know to do and it's still don't move, I will drop price and try to clear inventory. You win some you lose some :)

what is the most cost effective way to remove the aging stock?

I heard that Ship Hero is also a good app to manage inventory
