How can these programs work together with other programs (i.e. learning how to manage your finances, debt, avoiding predatory debt, setting retirement goals, better health management, mental health to name a few) that may already exist that your citizens can increase their income levels either through free continuing education/learning other skills sets that can help them be better prepared and obtain other higher paying jobs increasing their income and not solely rely on these types of programs for a long period of time. Basically giving more financial freedom. Additionally, has there ever been a research on how rent control in the city of Alexandria would benefit your citizens which as you know even if you make a good salary, your rent is the highest monthly costs.
