Those present in the sanctuary are hearing the organ music very differently than those of us online. The difference in sound quality is astonishing. The composer of this work would shudder if he could hear the online transmission.

Good morning Heidi, Try going to preferences in your zoom menu->then audio->turn on original sound and make sure high fidelity music is selected. This helped on our end. Happy Easter

I think everyone knows it will. Take time to work out glitches in the sound system. I am most willing to be patient as I love having Zoom available to me.

Do you notice difference in sound quality when camera is focused on front of church instead of on choir?

Sounds good on our end, regardless of camera focus. It sure is nice to see different parts of the church! Thank you!

Good sound on my laptop. I found the audio choices in bottom left corner beside the mute/unmute microphone symbol...a drop down arrow that gave choices, one of which was to have a professional music/original sound on displayed. now it's up in left corner beside the red recording button. Barb S.
