On the October claim I entered the number of students available for free/reduced as of 10/31/21.

It's located at the bottom of the page. Should I have entered this?

I'm an in-home provider, in the process of opening a center. My food program rep sent me the link for this Zoom meeting to get more information about the food program for centers. From what I understand, I wont be able to participate unless I'm a non-profit daycare center or of I have 25%+ of children enrolled are receiving state subsidy or qualify for free or reduced school lunch...

My September Claim quadrupled by total as it is showing I have four locations instead of one.

We tried to do October today but only let us do 23 days for SSO instead of 31. Can we not claim weekends now? We are a RCCI.

My accounts for RCCI are not letting me claim for all the days of the month, it is only letting me claim for 23 days in SSO. How can we correct that?

I'm afraid my entering the free/reduced numbers did cause an issue. Because the total enrollment on the claim report is incorrect.

What access are we missing if we don't have the SNP claim option from the MiND home page? The only ones I see are USC SFSP and SFSP. Also, I only see one of my districts.

Les Cheneaux Community Schools and I'm also listed for Mackinac Island Public Schools - though the food service person does the claims at that district.

How do I get my certificate for today's meeting?

Following Up with HouseholdsThe LEA must make at least one attempt to contact the household when the household does notadequately respond to the request for verification [7 CFR 245.6a(f)(6)]. “Non-response” includesno response and incomplete or ambiguous responses that do not permit the LEA to resolvechildren’s eligibility for free and reduced price meals. The required follow-up attempt may be inwriting (mail or e-mail) or by telephone or text message. The LEA must document contact wasattempted. Additionally, the LEA must ensure LEP households are provided adequate languageassistance and understand the need to respond to the verification request, as outlined in Section9(b)(8) of the NSLA and USDA LEP guidance.
