How do you get the message out to both homeowners and also youth about your mission/offerings?

What was the time commitment for the youth as the Energy assistant (6mo or 1yr)? If they were mostly high school students, was the work done afterschool?

Are you currently accepting applications for youth for this summer?

What are some of the objections you might have to overcome with homeowners? Are most interested right away or are there common concerns you see?

Assuming you get a lot of applicants, what criteria do you use to select the youth?

+1 to Katie's question! Also, how much is "climate change" or "climate resilience" a part of your messaging with homeowners? Or do you find that other reasons are more compelling for them to get on board?
