Do we expect the vaccine card auditing standard to be similar as the expectation for I-9s?
Even more broadly, will we be required to collect vaccine cards/negative tests, or is an attestation of understanding the policy enough of a paper trail?
Do you know if the requirement applies only to employers that have 100+ employees in one location? Have you heard anything regarding employers that have more than 100 employees but have the majority of those employees working remote from home offices?
100+ employees per location or per company despite each location less than 100 employees?
The government policy that is allowing us to pay folks that are out do to covid is set to expire on 9/30/21. Do we expect that to be extended?
what about contractors?
What about affiliates?
Does that include common ownership for different entities?
What if those tire shops are all different LLCs
what if they have different FEIN?
What about if you are a different FEIN?
We are a 100% remote company, does that mean this does not apply to us?
To be clear...if you have remote workers, they will not count toward the 100 ee number?
Work from home employees still have to be tested every week also?
I believe I heard that employers can not verify the vaccine card/status accuracy. is that correct?
what about one FEIN with different locations? Can you count by location?
Is the employer or the employee responsible for the cost of the weekly test?
What is the definition of remote employee - example: do employees have to work offsite 100% of the time? Or a portion of the time? 50%...80%
From a few slides ago and then some:
We have 170 employees but only approximately 15 working in the office regularly. Would it only be the office personnel going in consistently that need to abide by this?
Will the Federal contractor rule follow prior regulatory guidelines?
Will the employer be responsible for paying for the weekly testing if that is the reasonable accommodation being provided?
Will temp employees count towards the count or overseas employees?
Do you/will AK have a feature in EFFICENTER for the TM's to upload their vaccination information - or attest to their vaccination status - so that we/the employers can just pull reports and monitor/address?
does it have to be additional PTO?
Does FFCRA only apply to those with less than 500 employees?
FFCRA does not apply to healthcare workers. Correct?
What happens if a person gets sick and requires hospital stay from the vax...is it a workers comp claim?
How does the PTO work with regards to hourly employees
what about contract employees who work onsite? They are employees of a contract house and should be covered by that organization but some of these contract houses won't meet the 100 count.
Healthcare- facilities (hospitals, nursing homes, etc) that accept Medicare/Medicaid have to get vaccinated ; will this cross over to medical offices that accept Medicare?
With PTO what about part time associates who do not have PTO since they don't qualify with our company. Only Full time associates have PTO time
if the employee has exhausted their PTO, what is the standard allotted amount of time off to be paid?
If someone does have a religious or medical accommodation do they still need to be tested weekly
If an employee becomes sick/hospitalized, who is reasonable for cost? If an employee dies, could this lead to a wrongful death lawsuit against the company?
