John Stewart

John Stewart serves as VP of IT Services Sales and Strategy and is responsible for the IT services business and growth for all of Ricoh USA. Most recently, Stewart was Partner Executive, K-12 and State and Local Government (SLG) for Ricoh USA, Inc. He helped strengthen client relationships by developing strategy and multi-year roadmaps with Ricoh’s top K-12 and SLG customers. Prior to this, Stewart was Vice President for mindSHIFT Technologies, Inc., a Ricoh Company, overseeing sales and marketing for the mindSHIFT Education and SLG vertical while helping schools and other organizations implement reliable and secure technology solutions. Stewart joined mindSHIFT in 2003 and has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and strategic planning with an extensive focus on information technology, network infrastructure, and cloud computing. Prior to mindSHIFT, Stewart served as VP at UAC, an IT consulting firm that he co-founded in 1995, which was later acquired by mindSHIFT.
Don McCraw

Don McCraw lives in Houston, Texas, and has 25+ years of experience as an Information Technology Professional. He previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the U.S. Air Force Intelligence and as a Security Engineer at CheckPoint. As an accomplished technical expert with experience in developing multi-layer security infrastructures, he manages and educates the U.S. technical team as BullWall experiences rapid growth in the North American market.
