Early Career Framework (ECF)

Description

A presentation about the national Early Career Framework (ECF) programme from Outstanding Leaders Partnership & Best Practice network.

The webinar will be presented by our ECF Director Kelly McKay and there will be contributions from other members of the programme team. We will look at how the programme supports ECTs and ECMs and how we work with schools to ensure all participants are supported to get the most out of the programme.

After the presentation (approximately 30 mins) there will be an opportunity to put your questions to our panel.
