Keeping Your Supply Network in Equilibrium: Avient's Journey to sustainable supply chain risk management
Description
Over the past couple of years, a multitude of challenges have been thrown at supply chains that have caused what feels like a chain reaction of continuous disruption. Supply chain and procurement teams are tasked with sifting through the noise to find out what is relevant to their supplier base to ensure their supply network stays in equilibrium.
While the events that disrupt your supply chain are out of your control, the way you aggregate supplier risk data can make or break your ability to stay agile to whatever crisis or regulation may pop up next. Hint: You need to have access to real-time supplier risk data.
Implementing holistic supply chain risk management is a journey – it doesn’t happen overnight. With the goal of creating a proactive risk framework through increased visibility, Avient began their automated SCRM journey in 2021.
Join us for a live webinar to learn:
-Why an AI enabled, data-driven supply chain risk management strategy is important
-How Avient began their implementation journey and How they plan to grow, and scale based on increasing sustainability requirements
-Tips to get started in your own organization - one size does not fit all
