Postsecondary Pathways | The Hunt Institute & College Board | SAT Accessibility and Equity in Today’s (Post) Pandemic Higher Education
In January of 2022, in an effort to be more equitable and inclusive, the College Board announced that the SAT would be moving to an online format by 2024. This shift in format will include changes such as a choice of what device on which to take the exam, the ability to autosave work, and expedited score results, to name a few. This move marks a new era of standardized testing, one which could make SATs more accessible for Americans across the country. During this session, we will hear from College Board and higher education practitioners on what the shift could mean and how it could change the higher education landscape.
