Dr. Charlie Winter
@Centre for the Study of Radicalisation
Dr. Charlie Winter is a Senior Research Fellow at the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation (ICSR) and Research Coordinator for the ICSR-led, GIFCT-funded research consortium, the Global Network on Extremism and Technology (GNET). His work focuses on how and why violent extremists use strategic communication to further their political and military agendas in both on- and offline spaces. His position at ICSR is currently supported by the Global Internet Forum for Counter-Terrorism (GIFCT), Facebook, the UK Home Office, and the US Department for Homeland Security. Besides this, Winter is an Associate Fellow at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism in the Hague and an Associate of the Imperial War Museum Institute in London. Winter is also a member of the RESOLVE Network Research Advisory Council. His PhD in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London was supported by Facebook as part of the Online Civil Courage Initiative.
Greta Jasser

Greta Jasser is a research associate at the University of Hildesheim and a PhD student at Leuphana University Lüneburg, Germany. Her research analyses anglophone far-right and misogynist online networks across webpages and social media. She focuses on Alt-Tech platforms from the movements for the movements, and other openly accessible websites, forums, and communities from the Manosphere and the far-right. Jasser is a doctoral fellow at the Centre for Analysis of the Radical Right (CARR), and a founding member of the Institute for Research on Male Supremacy (IRMS).
Dr. Eviane Leidig

Dr. Eviane Leidig is a postdoctoral affiliate at the Center for Research on Extremism at the University of Oslo. Her research currently explores the far right, gender, and online radicalization, recruitment, and propaganda in India and North America. She is a co-founder and co-editor of a new Manchester University Press book series called 'Global Studies of the Far Right'. In addition to her academic pursuits, she serves as the Head of Policy for the London-based Centre for Analysis of the Radical Right, and is an Associate Fellow at the Global Network on Extremism and Technology. Eviane regularly consults and gives talks for policymakers such as the U.S. State Department, the European Commission, national and regional intelligence agencies and law enforcement, and the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT). Her work has appeared in international news outlets such as Foreign Policy, Al Jazeera, BBC, Huffington Post, and Radio Free Europe.
