Responsible Development: What it means for Alaska
The world is moving to a more sustainable future. With innovative technology for more responsible energy production, Alaska is an established leader in resource development. Alaska has some of the highest standards in the Arctic, and Alaska businesses are providing a hint at what’s to come for the region.

Join us for a live webinar on Thursday, December 2, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Our panelists include Paul Fuhs, Arctic Economic Council member, and Liam Zsolt, Director of Technology, ASRC Energy Services. They’ll have a conversation about what responsible resource development means in Alaska, and what the future might look like in Alaska and the Arctic. Aaron Helmericks, Senior Director, GCI Business, will join the conversation and will make a special announcement at the event. Lori Davey, VP of Business Sales, will be your host and moderator.

The Arctic Economic Council’s Responsible Resource Development Working Group works to establish a framework for responsible resource exploration and development in the Arctic. GCI’s Lori Davey co-chairs the Working Group and collaborates with other business leaders in Alaska to evaluate the impacts of development and identify ways technology can enable responsible resource development.

During this live presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask your questions about resource exploration and development, including renewable energy, mining, technology and more.

Apple Products Giveaway: In celebrating GCI’s webinar series, we will give away an iPad Pro, Apple Pencil, and Apple Folio keyboard to one webinar attendee. You must attend the webinar and complete the post event survey to be entered to win. Terms and conditions apply.
