He is also a Forbes top 10 noted author for his work as co-author of the book on The Flow System and is a well-known Keynote Speaker. He also co-authors The Flow Guide. Nigel is an internationally recognized expert in the Toyota Production System and The Toyota Way as well as Lean Thinking, Agile, Scrum, and Complexity concepts. In addition to his work at Toyota in recent years, he has also taught and coached at Vodafone, Banco Popular, GE, Bose, 3M, Microsoft, the University of North Texas, and to the faculty at MIT. Andrea Haase (ENGINEERING QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AT ROLLS-ROYCE @Holia GmbH) Since 2011, Andrea has been working as an expert in Lean management and continuous improvement for Rolls-Royce. She co-founded Holia GmbH in 2016 to support customers in realizing holistic concepts that address both strategy & management methods and mindfulness/resilience. Andrea has led over 500 implementations of various methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile in various areas such as product development, engineering operations, logistics, manufacturing, IT, sales & marketing, and for commercial teams and projects. Erasto Meneses (HEAD OF LEAN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION @Lean Institute Brazil) From learning at Toyota Financial Services, Erasto took his knowledge about TPS and Toyota Way to help and improve companies such as Procter & Gamble, Dell Computers, Accenture, Softplan, Roche, BRQ, Quality, ENEL, Technip FMC, etc. He has extensive experience, with more than 15 years of implementation of lean philosophy, and later Agile in the areas of Service and Digital, having promoted the development of these practices and contributed to the increase of efficiency and operational effectiveness of several companies through a Digital Transformation Strategy. Graduated "Kaizen Specialist" from the University of Toyota, he has a Master Coach degree from the Venezuelan Coaching Society, contributing to people's development. Professor, mentor and coach of MIT Sloan Executive Education for "Digital Transformation: Platform Strategies For Success" and the Berkeley Haas School of Business for the "Digital Transformation: Leading People, Data & Technology" program.
