Description
Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming Friday lunch break.
Practice clearing your mind, being in the present moment and reducing stress. You will learn how to practice daily mindfulness and calm your mind and body with meditation. Participants will be introduced, and guided through, a different type of meditation each class.
Classes will be each Friday in June: 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28
6/7 - Progressive Muscle Relaxation
6/14 - Movement Meditation
6/21 - Internal Observation: A Mindful Awareness Meditation
6/28 - Nature Visualization (ft. breathwork and mantra meditation)
The sessions will be recorded and shared with everyone who registers a few days after the program.
