Refugee claimants and admissibility issues

In this session our speaker will review the refugee process from the importance of a Basis of Claim to Preparation for the Hearing. There will be a discussion on admissibility criteria pertaining to about why certain applicants do not have access to the refugee determination system. Lastly, the speaker will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of making an application on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds or proceeding with a Refugee Claim if denial would result in a Removal Order.
